Peaceful Melodies.

"Nothing Is Permanent. Don't Stress Yourself Too Much Because No Matter How Bad The Situation Is... It Will Change"    - Buddha

When worries about the future, stress about the present and regrets of the past deeds try to move our peace of mind we get into wrong deeds/habits just to get our minds into stability. We forget the things that actually please our minds and help to keep us calm.

A nice walk in the park, yoga, exercise, and sometimes even just a bright laugh can help our minds cool down when it was boiling with stress and distress. Stress is the feeling that an individual experiences when they face a new challenge or difficult situation, hence it is normal to be stressed but it is not beneficial to carry the same old stress on our backs along with the stresses that are waiting to hold our hands in the future.

When we are stressed or feeling low, we should either try to talk to a close friend and let the flow of stress and worries drain out of our minds or we could even try to listen to some peaceful songs which will definitely help us to calm and relax our minds.

Peaceful songs need not necessarily mean the ones that put us to sleep, but they are the ones that awaken our inner spirit to let go of the stressful situation and try to get back in the race of life which was left mid-way due to the extreme hurdle called "STRESS"

Music heals the soul. So, a soft instrumental version of any song can heal our broken hearts and exhausted mind. Peaceful melodies are even present in nature. When stressed or worried, just sit beside a river, listen to the birds chirping, the river water gushing, the breeze blowing and the leaves and branches dancing to its beat.

A well-known American Saxophonist, Kenny G is best known for his soothing melodies. A few of his famous artworks include:
  • The Moment
  • Forever In Love
  • Songbird
  • Sentimental
  • Even If My Heart Would Break
  • Midnight Motion
  • The Joy Of Life
  • Silhouette
  • Endless love
  • In the rain
  • No place like home
  • Heart and soul
  • Paris by night
Music can have a profound effect on both, the emotions and the body. Faster music can make you feel more alert and concentrate better. Upbeat music can make you feel more optimistic and positive about life. A slow tempo can quiet your mind and relax your muscles, making you feel soothed while releasing the stress of the day. Music is an effect for relaxation and stress management.

Rather than stressing and worrying about various events in life it is sometimes better to take a pause, grab your headphones and play some peaceful melodies. This helps to reduce stress and help your mind take up new challenges in life. Life is like a game, so why not play with some melodies in the background to cheer you up.
